Daniel Rodriguez is director of Auto Remarketing & Fleet Operations at American Honda Motor Co., Inc., (AHM), responsible for managing the company’s pre-owned business and fleet operations for the Honda auto and Acura brands.

Rodriguez joined Honda in 2002, as manager of the Merchandise and Promotions Department, overseeing programs supporting Honda and Acura sales and customer satisfaction.

In June 2003, he became manager of the Emerging Market Planning Department, leading a team in studying market demographics to optimize the Honda and Acura dealer networks.

In June 2005, Rodriguez became manager of National Digital Sales, responsible for the design and implementation of Honda and Acura brand digital shopping tools, the redesign of Honda and Acura websites and the development of the Acura Dealer Website Program, which is an initiative that combined the Acura website, SEO and SEM under a single platform to help dealers grow their business.

In September 2008, he became manager of Company Vehicle Administration Auto Operations, responsible for managing American Honda’s fleet of corporate vehicles and administration of the company and associate vehicle purchase and lease programs.

In April 2015, Rodriguez was appointed manager of the Auto Remarketing Certified Pre-Owned Department, leading sales and marketing for certified pre-owned business for the Honda and Acura brands.

In May 2020, he was promoted to senior manager of Auto Remarketing & Fleet Operations, adding to his responsibility for developing external fleet operations.

In February 2024, Rodriguez assumed his current position as director of Auto Remarketing & Fleet Operations.
