Natalia Kruse is an attorney at Husch Blackwell, in the Minneapolis and Madison offices.  She is a member of Husch Blackwell’s Consumer Financial Services team, representing clients that include motor vehicle finance companies, banks, credit unions, online lenders, installment loan companies, and short-term lenders.  

Natalia’s consumer financial services practice consists primarily of defending lenders in both state and federal court against alleged violations of state and federal consumer credit protection laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and state consumer protection statutes, including the Wisconsin Consumer Act.
